Summer Camps

PROFESSIONAL SOCCER CAMPS AND CLINICS AT NORTHWOOD UNIVERSITY

Northwood University will be hosting a series of professional soccer camps and clinics this summer at Knights Field on campus. Only professional coaches and former professional players will be used in giving instruction at these camps following a model used by the Dutch Soccer Schools for more than 100 years. This training model has been adapted and implemented by AFC Ajax, one of the most prestigious and recognized professional clubs in the world. Head Women's Soccer Coach Robert Podeyn has been able to re-produce this training methodology and incorporate it into his summer teachings, something he has been doing in soccer camps and his own coaching for more than 20 years. He invites an exclusive staff that focus on this concept and are driven to giving the very best professional educational environment for the players and coaches in attendance. This is simply the best in education camps in America. Professional Staff will include the following:

Sean is the Director of Coaching for the Texas Development Academy in the Arlington area, and is also the Director of Coaching and Training for the Arlington Soccer Association. He currently holds his USSF National 'C' Coaching License.
